National sensation Rashmika Mandanna shut down a social media user trying to spread false news on Tuesday evening, February 13, about her Telugu film, Aadavallu Meeku Joharlu (2022), which saw her paired with leading actor Sharwanand under Kishore Tirumala's direction. A post on X (formerly Twitter) by an individual claimed that the leading actress did not like the script of the romantic comedy, while adding that she gave her nod to be a part of the film so that she can work alongside Sharwanand and Kishore Tirumala.
Responding to the false rumors, Rashmika questioned back asking who shared such information. She further stated that she chooses to be a part of films because she believes in the script, while adding that it was an honor for her to be able to work with the cast and crew of Aadavallu Meeku Joharlu. The actress then concluded her statement by asking where such pointless news emerges from. Rashmika wrote, "Said who re? 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I only do films Cz I believe in the script.. and being able to work with the cast and crew has been an honour.. I wonder where all of this baseless news starts from 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️" (sic)
