Now, they are not casting any comedians in his films." Speaking about the notable Attagasam film “(director) Saran was the one who started it first gave the song Thala Pola Varuma and that gave the title Thala to him(Ajith). And then Mahanadhi Shankar would call him 'Thala'. In the Thala Pola Varuma song, Ajith and me will only be walking”. Talking about the interesting insights in the film, Ramesh Khanna said “there is a scene when I have to drive the car with him (Ajith) in passenger seat and I would have to steer it the right way as he was in the passenger seat. Ajith said I was driving the car well and I told him you have driven in races and you are commenting about my driving. He is such a down-to-earth person."

Vivek, Ajith, Saran and I all travel together from our primary stages (in the industry). I know all the challenges he faced in life, physically. He has gone through many struggles and has faced many challenges, this is also a challenge. He also had many physical problems too in the spinal cord but still, he would do every work and it all because of dedication." When asked if he knew anything about his father, He said He doesn't known much as "we speak more about films" and spoke about shooting experience in the Villain film. "Many fans wanted to see the mortal remains of Ajith Kumar's father and pay their respects but I think he felt, he wanted it to be private. If he says fans will follow it, Like how he said he would like to be called AK and not Thala. So he has loyal and dedicated fans just like Vijay", said Ramesh Khanna.
