Superstar Rajinikanth teamed up with director Shakar for the third time for the sequel of their 2010 monster hit Endhiran. The sequel titled 2Point0 hit the theatres all-around the world at a massive scale on November 29th last year. The movie had Bollywood star Akshay Kumar as the antagonist who has played his part to perfection. The sci-fi flick opened up to some great reviews from the fans and the critics as well and the movie had a phenomenal run at the theatres. Rajinikanth's 2Point0 was also a major hit at the box office grossing an estimated amount of 800 crores worldwide.
It is a known fact that Rajinikanth has a massive fan following in China as well with a lot of his movie doing well in China as well. Following the success of 2Point0, Lyca Productions announced that 2Point0 will be releasing in China in 2019 and HY Media has bought the China theatrical rights of the movie. Lyca also revealed that the movie will be releasing in 47000 3D screens around the country which is the first time ever for an Indian movie.
And now, HY Media has released the Chinese poster of 2Point0 along with the release date of the movie. By the posters, 2Point0 will be releasing in China on July 12th on a grand scale. With already 800 crores in the gross, 2Point0 is expected to gain more and could be touching the 1000 crore mark worldwide.
