Galatta Media organised a fans meet for the talented actor Raghava Lawrence, where he shared some interesting insights about his films, career and personal life. When asked about how he felt about getting a chance to act in Chandramukhi 2. The actress said “Vasu sir had announced that he will do Chandramukhi 2 and gave an interview saying the story of Chandramukhi 2 is in works. I have worked with him before in Shivalinga and so I called him up and said 'Congratulation sir, who is doing Chandramukhi 2 sir, I saw in the papers that the film is getting ready, wishes to you, sir,' I thought Thalaivar ('Superstar' Rajinikanth) is only doing the film. So I asked him and he said 'no master, Sir is not doing I am trying to cast other actors.' I said if any other actor had been fixed? He said no and so I asked 'If the story is fully ready can I hear the story one time.' He immediately agreed and came and narrated the subject and everything moved quickly. When I was doing the movie I felt Rajini sir has planted a seed and grew a tree and now my and Vasu sir are reaping fruits from the tree. That is what I thought. So, I must thank Rajini sir and Sivaji Productions. It’s going well."
When asked about the snake that appears in Chandramukhi 1. The actor said "The snake is there in the shot, I asked Vasu, sir, what is the link between the snake and the story. He said it will be revealed In Chandramukhi 3."
