The production house bankrolling the film, Lyca Productions, has revealed the exciting glimpse of the character Vettaiyan Raja, played by Raghava Lawrence. In Chandramukhi, The character was shown as a cunning king who appears in the flashback sequences. This first-look poster shows the actor will reprise the role of Vettaiyan in the film. The poster was also released in multiple languages, as Chandramukhi 2 is set to release in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. Now, fans await more updates about the release of the first look featuring Kangana Ranaut.
Chandramukhi 2 has an ensemble cast that includes ‘Vaigai Puyal’ Vadivelu, popular actress Lakshmi Menon, Cook With Comali fame Shrushti Dange, Mahima Nambiar, Radikaa Sarathkumar, with Raghava Lawrence, and Kangana Ranaut. The film was directed by P. Vasu and will also have music composed by M.M. Keeravan, who recently brought home the Oscar for Best Original Song. The film is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on Ganesh Chaturthi. The Post-theatrical streaming right for the film is bagged by Netflix, and television streaming rights by Sun Network.
