Earlier this morning (Sept 30), a new Tamil anthology film was officially announced by OTT streaming giant, Amazon Prime Video. The announcement has already created a huge buzz on social media and the fans are looking forward to seeing the film which is scheduled to release on October 16. Titled as Putham Pudhu Kaalai, this anthology film will feature 5 different short stories directed by 5 filmmakers - Gautham Vasudev Menon, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Rajiv Menon, Sudha Kongara and Karthik Subbaraj.

It is definitely going to be an exciting watch for the fans as 5 renowned filmmakers from the Tamil industry have come together to create something interesting. The makers have revealed that the film will have a light hearted and feel good treatment that will inspire the viewers.
