The recently-released Tamil comedy drama film, Puppy, starring Varun and Samyuktha Hegde in the lead roles came out in theatres a couple of weeks on October 11 and has been running successfully. In addition, comedian Yogi Babu has given a solid performance coming in as Varun’s friend with ‘Naan’ Kadavul’ Rajendran, G. Marimuthu among others starring in supporting roles. With the film out in theatres, the makers are still promoting Puppy in an active manner and have now released the emotional ‘Uyirae Vaa’ video song on YouTube, centered on the lead pair, Varun and Samyuktha Hegde.

A neatly packaged commercial entertainer with plenty of romance, comedy, sentiment and drama, Puppy has been directed by Nattu Dev under Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh’s Vels Films International banner and features music by Dharan Kumar. ‘Uyirae Vaa’ has been sung by blockbuster director Gautham Vasudev Menon and Alisha Thomas to lyrics penned by RJ Vijay.
