All set to make his debut in the lead role is actor Varun in the upcoming adult comedy entertainer, Puppy, alongside Comali actress Samyuktha Hegde, who has become a sensation among youngsters across Tamil Nadu in recent times. Having appeared in starring roles in films namely Thalaivaa alongside ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay and Jayam Ravi ‘s Vanamagan, Bogan and a vital supporting role in Comali, his Puppy will also incidentally mark the directorial debut of Nattu Dev (Morattu Single) after working as an associate to Kaaka Muttai director Manikandan earlier. The film has created quite a lot of curiosity among fans after its motion poster released a while back featured controversial godman, Nithyananda, as well as popular adult star, Johnny Sins, with the Puppy trailer now being released across all major social networking platforms.
Apart from the Puppy motion poster, two single tracks - ‘Anji Manikku’ and ‘Soththumoottai’ - composed by Dharan Kumar have also fetched a good response from fans everywhere. Being produced by Ishari K. Ganesh under the Vels Films International banner, Puppy will be hitting theatres on October 11 and will also feature Yogi Babu for the comedic relief.
