Popular creative and publicity designer Shynu Mash posted a picture of himself with Thalapathy 68 director Venkat Prabhu on social media on Saturday, June 24. Revealing that he had a wonderful time working with the blockbuster filmmaker, the creative designer expressed his excitement at taking the photo, while also wishing him for his next big film. Although details of their collaboration are unknown at this point, fans are speculating that it could possibly be for the poster design of Thalapathy 68. Known for his design work in a few notable Tamil ventures that include the Arulnithi-starrer D Block (2022), Ajith Kumar's Thunivu (2023), Gautham Karthik's 1947 August 16 (2023), Hiphop Tamizha's Veeran (2023), Shynu Mash wished Venkat Prabhu on Twitter and wrote, "You can see the kannism I’ve for him with the smile I got 🤣 Thalaivaa @vp_offl 👑💥 #Thalapathy68 is goint to be 200% banger 🔥🔥 Had a great time working with you na🫂(sic)".

Shynu Mash has garnered a fan following of his own in recent years and is also an ardent fan of Vijay. Fans who have been following his work have been retweeting an old tweet from five years back when he mentioned that he would definitely work with the leading Tamil actor one day and have now asked him whether he will be doing the publicity designs for Thalapathy 68. Back in 2018, Shynu tweeted, "I'll work for #Thalapathy movie within 5 yrs. I'll reach that position with my hardwork and perseverance.... But I assure that those will remain as the best posters in Thalapathy @actorvijay 's career 🙂 #velvom (sic)".

2023 kicked off on a bright note for Shynu who revealed that he worked on the Thalapathy 67 pooja poster last year before the film's title Leo was officially announced in early February. Having also collaborated with Sathya Jyothi Films before, he is also a part of the blockbuster Tamil production banner's upcoming biggie Captain Miller starring Dhanush. Shynu's most recent work was for the publicity designs of Malayalam superstar Dulquer Salmaan's King of Kotha motion poster, which was released earlier this week and has received strong positive feedback. Thalapathy 68, on the other hand, marks the first time Vijay and Venkat Prabhu are collaborating and expectations are huge for the film to be high on fun and entertainment. The film is being produced by AGS Entertainment and is their second venture with the Tamil superstar after their 2019 box-office money-spinner Bigil. Furthermore, Thalapathy 68 will include music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, who is composing the songs and the background score for a Vijay-starrer for the second time after Pudhiya Geethai in 2003.
