Priya Bhavani Shankar will be seen playing a pivotal role in 24 and Yaavarum Nalam fame director Vikram K Kumar's upcoming web series, Dootha which will have Naga Chaitanya playing the lead role. This web series will be in Telugu and it is expected to stream on the Amazon Prime Video platform. Touted to be an intense horror thriller, Dootha also has the highly talented actress Parvathy Thiruvothu playing a significant role.

Priya Bhavani Shankar, while confirming that she is acting in the web series, also expressed her excitement about sharing screen space with her favourite actress, Parvathy. Sharing a happy picture with the main team of Dootha, Priya Bhavani Shankar tweeted, "Fan girl moment with @par_vathy Lots of love admiration and respect for this lady!
