Popular Tamil music director Arrol Corelli and his wife Reetha Devi aka. Ramya announced their pregnancy on the occasion of New Year on Saturday night. The couple took to social media to drop the joyous news along with a few photos. In the first picture, we see Arrol and Reetha posing with an image of an ultrasound scan, while the second snap shows them cradling her baby bump. Posting the photos, Arrol wrote, "To All New Beginnings and the New Year 2022, Wishing You All the Very Best🥂🍼 #newyearnewbaby ❤️#babyontheway", with friends and fans extending their wishes in the comments section. Arrol and Reetha tied the knot at the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Mahal in Tirupati on November 2, 2016. The composer's real name is Arul Murugan and he hails from Maraimalai Nagar on the outskirts of Chennai. Having graduated from the Trinity College of Music in London and also being trained in classical music, Arrol is also a Chartered Accountant and made his debut as a music director in Tamil cinema in 2014 in ace filmmaker Mysskin's Pisaasu, which turned out to be a critical and commercial success.
Post the positive feedback to his work in Pisaasu, Arrol landed ventures like director Pandiraj's Pasanga 2, the Ram and Mysskin-starrer Savarakathi, Vishal's Thupparivaalan, the Vetri Maaran-produced political satire Annanukku Jai, Susienthiran's sports drama Champion, and Venkat Prabhu and Vaibhav's mystery thriller film Lock Up. Arrol's upcoming projects include an untitled film starring Udhayanidhi Stalin and Nidhhi Agerwal being directed by Thadam fame Magizh Thirumeni and the Bharath-starrer Yakkai Thiri.
