The upcoming film of Studio Green is Pathu Thala which is set to release in theatres on March 30. The film has Silambarasan TR in the lead role with Gautham Karthik and Gautham Vasudev Menon in supporting roles. It has huge expectations and ahead of the release on the film, the producer KE Gnanavelraja gave an exclusive interview to Galatta Media. He gave some insights about the upcoming object of the production house including Thangalaan and Suriya 42. The anchor asked if Lokesh Kanagaraj has ever approached him about the Ayyapanum Koshiyum remake with Karthi and Suriya. The producer said “No, it did not happen, He (Lokesh Kanagaraj) likes the film very much, I have heard that he likes it. But, there was no discussion as you have mentioned." The producer then praised the Vikram director saying “In all languages, all heroes are waiting for Lokesh. I hear his name everywhere I go. If I go to Bombay they speak about Lokesh. In Hyderabad also all heroes want (to work with) him, Every industry wants to work with him then why should he work in a remake?"
Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently filming his fifth project Leo with 'Thalapathy' Vijay as lead in Kashmir.
