Takkar is the next big film by actor Siddharth that is set to release in theatres on June 9th. The film is directed by Karthick G Krish who has worked as an assistant to hit director Shankar and has also made the comedy film Kappal. The romantic action thriller revolves around a youngster who wants to get rich quickly played by Siddharth and the character played by actress Divyansha. The first single from the film was released in 2020 and was well-received by fans and Movie buffs. The hit number was released during the pandemic and was sung by Sid Sriram with music by Nivas K Prasanna.

Now, the makers of the film have released the song video of Nira ahead of the release of Takkar. It begins with Siddharth's painting 'I Love You' with spray paint on a black car and the actress changed it to 'I Hate Love'. As the actor then asked if it was because she does not like him. The actress says she just doesn’t like love and there is nothing called love. The video then shows the two separated and feelings sad and depressed, as they think of the time they spent together. The song then shows glimpses of the two together. A short part of song Nira was also sung by director and actress Gautham Vasudev Menon. The two then think of texting each other out but don’t and the video then ends with the actor crying in his car thinking about the moment they broke up.
As the makers of Takkar has also released the video song of Rainbow Tharali,l a few days ago and have also released sneak peeks from the film. The team have been covering the promotions of a film with event and interviews and is set to release in Tamil and Telugu. The makers are set to release glimpse videos from the movie as a special six-episode series.
