'Lady Superstar' Nayanthara and blockbuster filmmaker Vignesh Shivan tied the knot back in June this year and announced recently that they were blessed with twin baby boys earlier this month. The star couple was showered with wishes from around the world after they broke the news of the new additions to their family on October 9. Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara have been setting relationship goals right from the beginning after they began dating and have now surprised fans by appearing in a video together along with their twin boys in which they are seen conveying their Diwali wishes to fans. 

Sharing a video of himself in traditional wear on Monday, October 24, Vignesh Shivan appears alongside Nayanthara who is wearing a beige pink saree, and the duo extends their Diwali wishes to fans. The couple is all smiles, with the duo taking turns to convey their wishes while holding their beloved newborn children. Vignesh Shivan plants a soft kiss on Nayanthara's forehead before the video comes to an end, with the hit filmmaker also sharing a special note wishing everyone a happy Diwali. On the work front, Nayanthara was recently seen in 'Megastar' Chiranjeevi's GodFather in Telugu, and is currently awaiting the release of Gold in Malayalam, which has her sharing screen space with Prithviraj Sukumaran and has been directed by Neram and Premam fame Alphonse Puthren. Her next big Tamil films are Maya director Ashwin Saravanan's Connect and the tentatively titled Nayanthara 75 being directed by debutant Nilesh Krishnaa, which also has Jai, veteran actor Sathyaraj, and Redin Kingsley in crucial roles. Nayanthara, who is starring opposite Jayam Ravi in Iraivan under Endrendrum Punnagai and Manithan fame I. Ahmed's direction, will also be making her big Bollywood debut in Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan, which has been announced to open in cinemas worldwide on June 2, 2023. Touted to be an intense action thriller, the Hindi film is coming out as a pan-Indian venture in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages, and will also mark the debut of blockbuster Tamil director Atlee and composer 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander in Bollywood, while 'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi is playing the antagonist. Likewise, Vignesh Shivan is currently busy with the script work for his AK 62, which has him joining hands for the first time with Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar. The big-budget film is being produced under the prestigious Lyca Productions banner and includes music by Anirudh, with filming announced to begin towards the end of the year.
