Napoleon: The multi-faceted man
Napoleon has come a long way, not only as an actor but also as an entrepreneur. First, he was into various activities including running his own ship; then he started a software company; now, he has started a sophisticated IT training centre, which was inaugurated on June 3, 2008. The first batch will start on June 23, 2008.
Speaking on this occasion, Napoleon said that when he was an MLA in 2001, he came across several young people who requested him for a job. He hit upon the idea of starting a company and providing jobs to several talented jobless youth. Thus was born Jeevan Software Company.
After a few years of starting this company, he realised that the youth these days lack proper skills that will fetch them a job. Seeing that most of the so-called training institutes leave them in the lurch once the training is over, he decided to begin a training company that will provide all necessary training to individuals looking for IT jobs and will also provide moral support during their job hunt. Thus was born Jeevan IT Academy. JITA not only trains the students technically but also provides soft skills training (corporate etiquette, travel etiquette and other soft skills necessary for the corporate world) that will be of great help to the trainees. In short, JITA makes sure that the trainee is ready to be employed at the end of the training programme.
