It has been a while since we saw filmmaker Sundar C wearing the hat of an actor and with Muthina Kathrikai releasing tomorrow, he is back on the big screens again. Poonam Bajwa and Sundar C, who was last seen as a pair in Aranmanai 2, is teaming up once again to replicate the magic again on screen. A remake of Malayalam blockbuster Velimoonga, this comedy drama narrates the story of a middle-aged politician, who falls in love with a younger woman.
Directed by Venkat Raghavan and produced by Sundar C and Kushboo under their banner Avni Cinemax, Sri Thenandal Films is distributing the film on a grand scale. The film also features Kiran Rathod, Vaibhav, VTV Ganesh and Singampuli appear in the supporting role.
