Netflix's global phenomenon, Money Heist, is set to premiere its fifth season on September 5, in two installments of five episodes each. Titled La Casa De Papel in Spanish, the makers, Vancouver Media, on Wednesday, surprised fans by unveiling over a dozen new character posters on Instagram. While Money Heist volume 1 will premiere on September 3, volume 2 has been announced to stream on December 3, 2021. Netflix is leaving no stone unturned in promoting Money Heist as a few promos, including an action-packed trailer and a couple of making videos have been released, with the feedback being nothing short of stunning. 

The upcoming edition of Money Heist is the final season of the crime drama series, which has made the actors on the show global superstars, with the series also garnering a massive fan following across India. The show’s upcoming edition will pick up from the cliffhanger ending of season 4 where Sergio Marquina, who plays The Professor / Salvador "Salva" Martín, is tracked and caught by Najwa Nimri as Alicia Sierra. Likewise, other major characters will be returning once again like Jaime Lorente as Ricardo / Daniel Ramos (Denver), Rodrigo de la Serna as Martín Berrote (Palermo / The Engineer) and Esther Acebo as Mónica Gaztambide (Stockholm) to name a notable few. Money Heist season 5 will see the gang taking on their biggest enemy, one they have never faced before - the Spanish Army - after being locked up inside the Bank of Spain for more than 100 hours.
