Maro Charitra on March 26
Cinematographer-turned-director Ravi Yadav's forthcoming Varun Sandesh starrer Maro Charitra, an adaptation of 1978 iconic blockbuster with the same title (starring Kamal Haasan and Saritha in the lead), will hit the marquee on March 26. The music, set by Micky J. Meyer, will be launched on February 14. The shooting is now progressing in Hyderabad.
Being made in Telugu under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations and Tamil by Gemini Film Circuit, the film is produced by Dil Raju. NRI Anita is the heroine, while Shraddha Das is the second heroine. Cinematography is by the director himself.
The cast includes veteran actor Pratap Pothan,Yami Gautam, Kota Srinivas Rao, Urvashi, Naresh, Thalaivasal Vijay, Sandhya Janak and Aadarsh. Story and screenplay are by K. Balachander. Editing is by Marthand K. Venkatesh.
