Tamil director Adhik Ravichandran of Mark Antony fame and veteran actor Prabhu''s daughter Aishwarya Prabhu tied the knot on Friday morning, December 15, in Chennai, in a grand wedding ceremony, which was attended by esteemed political leaders and leading stars from the film fraternity. Photos from the wedding have surfaced online and are taking social media by storm, with Tamil actor Vishal seen at the proceedings wishing the newly-married couple on the next big phase in their lives together. Sharing his wishes to Adhik and Aishwarya on X along with a picture of them from the wedding, Vishal wrote on X, "So damn happy for u my darling Adhik and my dearest sister Aishwarya on your wedding today and starting a new chapter in your lives and u hav the universe s blessings and especially your parents prabhu sir and punitha aunty's positivity and blessings now." (sic)
Vishal's statement further read, "Coming to the point, having married my sister dear Adhik u better take care of her like a princess as u hav already dealt with an action hero. U know wats in store, Lol, just kidding, I know u will. Wat a coincidence all my sisters are named Aishwarya. God bless u both with peace happiness and prosperity. Loads of luv always." (sic) There are also pictures from the wedding ceremony where we see Vishal interacting with Prabhu's son and Aishwarya Prabhu's brother Vikram Prabhu, who is all smiles on the big joyous occasion.

Adhik Ravichandran's wedding to Aishwarya Prabhu has come after the massive success of his last directorial, Mark Antony, starring Vishal and SJ Suryah in the lead roles. The science fiction action comedy film released back in September was a blockbuster at the box office minting over 100 crores in worldwide gross collections, while also being celebrated by audiences and critics alike. As for his upcoming project, there have been reports doing the rounds stating that Adhik will be joining hands with Ajith Kumar for the tentatively titled AK 63 after the Tamil superstar wraps up his ongoing Vidaamuyarchi. The hit filmmaker had previously played a pivotal role in Ajith's blockbuster Nerkonda Paarvai (2019), including making appearances in K-13 (2019). He had also previously directed films Trisha Illana Nayanthara (2015), Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan (2017), and Bagheera (2023), while also serving as the dialogue writer for the Tamil version of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's Dabangg 3 (2019).
