The first single from Ponniyin Selvan is called 'Ponni Nadhi' and it will be launched this evening through an event at the Express Avenue Mall in Chennai in the presence of Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Jayaram, and others. One can surely expect the fans to go crazy witnessing their favourite stars in the heart of the city. Indian cricketing legend Ravichandran Ashwin will be releasing the track on digital media through his official social media pages.

The film is slated for a grand theatrical release on September 30.
