Sharing a photo he clicked with Vijay on one of the days after they finished shooting Leo in Pahalgam, Kashmir, Babu Antony revealed on Facebook how the Tamil superstar enjoyed his performances in films like Poovizhi Vasalile, Sooryan, and Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa and informed how he was taken aback by his thoughtfulness. He wrote, "With none other than the "Elaya Thalapathi Vijay" sir. He is very humble and loving. It was very nice of him to say that he has really enjoyed my movies "Poovizhi Vasalile", "Sooryan", "Vinnai Thandi Varuvaya"etc and he is my fan!! Wow!! I was pretty shocked. I was pleasantly surprised to hear all the kind words from him. Also from Lokesh sir and many from the unit. Such a blessing!! I was meeting Vijay sir and all of them for the first time."
Babu Antony's addition in Leo was unexpected and came as a surprise to many fans when he announced he was going to be a part of the film's Kashmir schedule. When Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt as the anagonist was revealed to be joining the shoot towards the end of the recently-concluded schedule, it left many speculating whether the Malayalam actor would be his partner in crime and it now remains to be seen how their characters are represented once the film arrives in cinemas worldwide on October 19. Leo is touted to be a mass action thriller and also stars Trisha Krishnan as the female lead under Lalit Kumar's 7 Screen Studio banner and features music by Anirudh Ravichander.
