Sarkaru Vaari Paata is Mahesh Babu's next outing in Telugu cinema and the fans have pinned high hopes on this project. The film is directed by Parasuram Petla of Geetha Govindam fame and has Keerthy Suresh playing the female lead. The colourful star equation of Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh is going to be interesting to watch out for. Sarkaru Vaari Paata is set to hit the screens on May 12 as a summer treat for the fans. The first single from the movie, titled 'Kalaavathi' released last month and it opened to a phenomenal response from music lovers and audiences. The song, sung by Sid Sriram, is inching towards the 100 million mark and it is nothing short of a true blockbuster.

Meanwhile, the makers of Sarkaru Vaari Paata have now released the second single and this song is called the 'Penny Song'. Music director Thaman continues his successful form with this song as well and it looks like there is no stopping him. 'Penny Song' is a stylish foot-tapping number that has an energetic vibe to it and it is effectively elevated by Mahesh Babu's charismatic presence. The makers have shot a special music video for this song and Mahesh Babu's daughter, Sitara Ghattamaneni appears in the music video, making her onscreen debut. The young talent looks confident and puts out a delightful performance with the 'Penny Song'.

Nakash Aziz's energetic rendition makes this song appeal much better with ample support from lyricist Anantha Sriram.
