Madhumitha in Indonesia
Director Madhumitha who made her mark in her debut film Vallamai Tharayo is busy with her next venture titled Kola Kolaya Mundhirika. Born and brought up in Indonesia, Madhumitha chose the exotic locales of Bali to can a song featuring the lead pair Karthik Kumar and Shikha.
Just back from the capital city Jakarta, Madhumitha said the unit was in jitters when a song had to be shot in Garut, which was in the news for the infamous earthquake that shook the small town. “But the unit did not allow that to distract them. Lensman Vijay had a field day capturing all the action from a helicopter,” said the director, pleased that the schedule went through without any hiccups.
Touted as a laugh riot, the last leg of the shoot is in early October.
