Maamannan has seven tracks including the two that were already released. The first track Kodi Parakura Kaalam is a positive and energizing singing by an ensemble of four singers. The next film Nenjame Nenjame is a romantic melody that could be between the leading pair of the film Udhayanidhi Stalin and Keerthy Suresh. Utchanthala is a sad song that is like a Tamil folk genre Oppari. The next is the high-voltage song from Arivu titled Manna Maamanna. The next song in line is titled Veerane and is sung by A.R. Ameen with A.R. Rahman as a call for justice.
A.R. Rahman also performed at the event which was called the Maamannan Live Concert and the album is surely enjoyable with mix of songs and is a contrast to the classical songs that were in his previous album Ponniyin Selvan 2. The cast and crew of the film including Udhayanidhi Stalin, ‘Vaigai Puyal’ Vadivelu and Keerthy Suresh except Fahad Faasil attended the launch event. Mari Selvaraj’s Maamannan is set to release this month and it’s speculated that the trailer of the film will be released in two weeks. Now, the whole album has been released on all leading music streaming sites and on Youtube. It is said that the trendsetting comedian also performed the viral song Raasa Kannu at the event.
