Filmmaker-turned-actor Pradeep Ranganathan is the man of the moment after his second directorial Love Today released last week has officially been declared to be a box office blockbuster, while also earning positive reviews from fans and critics. The laugh riot rom-com family entertainer saw the young director making his acting debut after his directorial debut Comali in 2019 and has been produced by AGS Entertainment, with Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies bringing it out in theatres across Tamil Nadu. With the film continuing to enjoy a strong audience turnout in cinema halls everywhere, a special Love Today deleted scene has now been officially released featuring the lead pair Pradeep Ranganathan and Ivana.
The Love Today deleted scene shows Ivana and her friend watching a video of Pradeep Ranganathan and his pals having fun together while making fun of her father played by Sathyaraj. During their conversation, we see Pradeep and his friends taking a dig at Ivana's dad for giving them the challenge of exchanging their phones for a day so that they will come to know their real selves. Love Today's plot has won over the young and the elderly alike, and fans are going in for repeat viewings in cinemas, with many expressing their joy at witnessing the fresh story-telling.
With Love Today becoming a huge success in Tamil, the film has been announced for a grand release in Telugu on November 18 by Varisu producer Dil Raju under his Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. There are tremendous expectations for the film to perform exceptionally well in Telugu as the story is relatable to audiences of all ages. Apart from Pradeep Ranganathan, Ivana, and Sathyaraj, Love Today also stars Radhika Sarathkumar, Yogi Babu, Raveena, 'Finally' Bharath, Adithya Kathir, Aajeedh Khalique, Vijay Varadaraj, Akshaya Udayakumar in key roles.
