Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya (KLTA) released on January 13 and it has already been declared a massive hit. All the people involved seem to be flying high on the success of the film. Specially Comedy Superstar Santhanam, who has produced the film under Handmade Films and Udhayanidhi Stalin, who has distributed it under Red Giant Movies. Udhayanidhi has given out the revenue statistics of the first three days since KLTA released. The theatrical collection in Tamil Nadu some up to Rs.6,80,65,560 and the distributor's share is Rs.3,75,98,768. KLTA gets bigger from this Friday as more big screens have been allotted to the film owing to its instant success. Apart from its theatrical profit, Santhanam, who made the film for 3 Crores, sold it to Ramanarayanan for 6 Crores on first copy basis. KLTA marks Santhanam's first as a producer.
