The second day of Kingfisher Premium Chennai International Fashion Week 4 was in deed subtle and clean. The day began with Richa Goenka, who showcased a special all white collections inspired from Mother Therasa. And the show stopper was none other than Pretty lass Andreah, who mesmerized with an all white dress. She wore a one piece gown with embroidery and sleeves with Lucknow works. The show started off with Hungover, a special line of casuals designed by Anurag Goenka. Funky tees, vibrant bottom and colourful glasses was the theme.
Then it was the turn of Hari Anand, , who was all set with his first runaway showcasing in Chennai. Titled Global Traveler, his collection was purely inspired by the great scientist Albert Einstein. He showcased a line of Indian ethnic wear for both men and women, in deed his designs had the perfect blend of modernity and traditions. And his show stopper was Miss India Farah Hussain, who wore a heavy worked white saree with silver borders.
And the final participants was Sri Lanka's very own Darshi Keerthisena. The lady who had pushed the Sri Lankan Batik to international standards. He collections, titled Batik, had Morocco as the theme. Blues, skin tones, orange,whites and blacks dominated her collections. Her show stopper was Miss Sri Lanka Sabrina Herft who enthralled us with floral worked white saree and gold borders.
