Yes, it's official - KGF: Chapter 3 is indeed in the making. The makers of the blockbuster KGF franchise made the sweet revelation in a post-credits scene in KGF: Chapter 2, which opened in theatres worldwide on Thursday. The revelation has come as a massive surprise to fans of the franchise, with many taking to social media to share their opinions about KGF 2, while also expressing their excitement about the subtle nod for a KGF 3 next in the works. Apart from fans, many in the movie industry and film trade too shared a similar enthusiasm after witnessing the bombshell revelation.

Earlier, producer Vijay Kiragandur, who has made the KGF films under his Hombale Films banner, spoke about expanding the franchise in an interview with Firstpost and said, "We have plans to do a few more chapters. I think it will get bigger and better." Based on the visuals that have been teased for KGF: Chapter 3 in KGF 2 which was released earlier today, the makers have teased Yash's Rocky Bhai character heading to international shores and it needs to be next seen what the makers have in store for the franchise. 

Meanwhile, KGF 2 has Yash reprising his role as Raja Krishnappa Bhairya aka. Rocky Bhai has taken a sensational opening in theatres everywhere, with director Prashanth Neel going full out in delivering a tightly-packaged sequel that connects all the dots that were first drawn in 2018 original, KGF: Chapter 1. A Kannada venture, KGF: Chapter 2 has been released in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam languages once again and this time on more than 10,000 screens worldwide and is expected to set new box office records in the days ahead. Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt is playing the antagonist in KGF 2, which also has Raveena Tandon and Prakash Raj and Vada Chennai fame Saran Shakthi as the new additions to the cast, while Srinidhi Shetty has returned to the play the heroine, with Malavika Avinash, Archana Jois, Vasishta N Simha, Avinash BS, Achyuth Kumar, Balakrishna among others reprising their roles from KGF: Chapter 1.
