The clock is ticking and fans are counting down the minutes ahead of the launch event of the K. G. F: Chapter 2 trailer, which will be held on March 27. With the buzz for the film releasing in theatres on April 14 getting bigger each day, fans are now waiting for the trailer and hope to witness new explosive visuals after a short teaser last year unveiled 'Rocking Star' Yash in his trademark swag mode. That said, producer Vijay Kiragandur's Hombale Films on Friday announced that the highly-anticipated KGF: Chapter 2 trailer event will be hosted by blockbuster Bollywood director Karan Johar. 

"Indian film industry to witness the biggest coup when @karanjohar takes over as the host at the much-awaited trailer launch event of #KGFChapter2. Will Rocky Bhai get his duniya?", Hombale Films' tweet read, with the production banner also sharing an announcement poster revealing that the filmmaker will be hosting the event this Sunday. Furthermore, fans have been notified that Kannada superstar Dr. Shiva Rajkumar will be gracing the trailer launch event, which has only added to the excitement. With the first single track from the film titled 'Toofan' getting a sensational response after it was released earlier this week, all sights are now on the KGF: Chapter 2 trailer, which has been announced to be coming out on all social media platforms on Sunday evening at 6.40 p.m. 

Yash will be reprising his role as Raja Krishnappa Bhairya aka. Rocky Bhai in KGF: Chapter 2 and fans are waiting to witness him deliver more action this time as the film will also include Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt playing the antagonist Adheera, who was teased in the 2018 original. Joining them in KGF 2 will be actress Srinidhi Shetty as the female lead, with Malavika Avinash, Anant Nag, Archana Jois, Vasishta N Simha, Avinash BS, Achyuth Kumar, Balakrishna returning to their original roles, while Prakash Raj, Raveena Tandon, Saran Shakthi are the new big additions to the cast.
