We all know that Vijay has an incomparable fan base in Tamil Nadu and with the continued success and character of the star, the craze for Thalapathy is just boosting up towards something big.
Apart from Tamil Nadu, Vijay also has a huge fan base in Kerala and the fans over there proved that they are nothing less when compared to showing their love for Vijay during the release of Sarkar. Fans celebrated the release of the movie with record-breaking cut-outs and banners.
Recently in a debate show conducted by a popular television in Kerala, the MLA of Poonjar constituency PC George pointed out that Vijay has more fans in Kerala when even compared to their own Malayalam star. PC George said, "Vijay's fan base in Kerala is more than Malayalam stars. I saw thousands of fans pouring liters of milk for Vijay cutouts in theaters"
