Keerthana made her entry into Kollywood as a child artist in Mani Ratnam’s Kannathil Muthamittal. She put up a stellar performance because of which she bagged the National award for the Best Child Artist.
But, Keethana did not take up any acting offers after that as she had to concentrate on her academics. Now, it looks like Keerthana wants to test her directorial skills. She has joined as an assistant to director Thiyagarajan Kumararaja of Aaranya Kaandam fame.
The director is now ready with his second film. Further details about this project are expected to be out soon.
