Karthika dubs for herself in Madurai Sambavam

Karthika will be seen and also heard in her upcoming Madurai Sambavam. So get ready to be mesmerized by her voice which is as beautiful as she is. It had been a long-cherished dream for Karthika to speak in her own voice in a Tamil movie. The actress – who even tried dubbing for herself in her very first film Thoothukkudi – has attained her goal in Madurai Sambavam.

When Karthika expressed her wish to dub in her won voice to�director Eureka (also a famous lyricist), Eureka gave her a trial. Apparently, he was quite happy when he heard Karthika enunciate and emote sufficiently in her pleasant voice. Therefore he permitted to dub in her voice for her role.

The shooting of Madurai Sambavam is complete and post-production has begun;�the movie would be released soon. Dance-choreographer-turned-actor Harikumar plays the lead role in this film, which is based on true incidents that took place in Madurai.
