Karthick Naren comments on Naragasooran's release with Tenet reference - check out

Director Karthick Naren’s Naragasooran is one of the long-delayed projects in Kollywood and the release has been put on hold due to production related issues. The film has been waiting to find a proper release for the past two years and unfortunately, there has been no positive development yet. The film stars Arvind Swami, Shriya Saran, Indrajith Sukumaran, Sundeep Kishan and Aathmika in the lead roles. Recently, rumours were also rife that the film might directly release on OTT platforms and the steps were also said to be taken.

However, the release of the film still remains to be a mystery. Director Karthick Naren shared a screenshot from the recently released trailer of Christopher Nolan’s Tenet and linked it with the release problems of Naragasooran. He posted, “Naragasooran will release but: - That part is a little dramatic”. Well, it looks like Karthick himself finds the release issue to be dramatic. Let us hope all the issues are sorted out and the film releases as soon as possible.

Karthick Naren is currently busy with the scripting and pre-production works of his next with Dhanush, produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. This action thriller, which is tentatively called D43, has music scored by G.V.Prakash Kumar. Karthick has collaborated with Sharfu and Suhas, the writers of acclaimed films like Varathan and Virus, for the screenplay of D43.
