The latest Kannada film, Kantara has been making noise all over the country and it has been the hot topic on social media since last week. Kantara is a supernatural action thriller which has the supremely talented Rishab Shetty in the lead role. Rishab has also written and directed the film. The rootedness in the story has connected really well with the masses and people cannot stop raving about the work of various departments. The film had it all - outstanding performance from Rishab Shetty, highly engaging screenplay, brilliant filmmaking, top-class music from Ajaneesh Loknath, exceptional cinematography (Arvind S Kashyap), and compelling storytelling. All these together gave the audiences a never-before-seen experience in the theatres and the film is serving as a visual treat for the film buffs.
Not just fans, several prominent celebrities across the country have also been raving about the film. With the astounding success of Kantara all around, the makers have now decided to release the film in other languages as well. That being said, the Tamil version of Kantara is also getting ready and it is all set to have its theatrical release this week. Yes! The Tamil dubbed version of Kantara is set for its release this Friday, on October 15 and it will be released through the leading film production banner, Dream Warrior Pictures, owned by SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu.
Karthi took to his official Twitter page to share the Tamil trailer of Kantara, wishing everyone for a grand success. The Ponniyin Selvan actor tweeted, "What a spectacular trailer… v happy to share it with you all dear ones. Best wishes to @shetty_rishab @hombalefilms @DreamWarriorpic and entire team.". Dream Warrior Pictures was already associated with the makers of Kantara, Hombale Films for the grand Tamil Nadu theatrical release of KGF: Chapter 2 and their successful association continues.
