Leading Tamil films production and distribution house Dream Warrior Pictures, owned by SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu, has carved a niche for itself over the years by making films that are quality defined and cater to audiences of all ages. Having made and distributed films in South India, the blockbuster banner is now gearing up to present its next big venture, the highly-ambitious bilingual titled Kanam in Tamil and Oke Oka Jeevitham in Telugu with Sharwanand and Ritu Varma in the lead roles under newcomer Shree Karthick's direction.
Fans will know Sharwanand from the 2011 smash box office hit Engaeyum Eppothum and the actor has since gone on to garner a huge fan following in Telugu cinema. Kanam, which will open in cinemas worldwide on September 9, is billed to be a science-fiction drama film revolving around time travel. With an intriguing teaser for Kanam unveiled a few months back and the release date as well announced last week, promotions have now kicked off as Dream Warrior Pictures on Tuesday, August 16, dropped the second single track from the film titled 'Thaalam Thattum' composed by Jakes Bejoy with vocals by Benny Dayal and the lyrics penned by Kaber Vasuki.
