He further stated that Indian 2 and Indian 3 will include the topics that he and his party members frequently discuss.
This is the first time a statement about Indian 3 has been made on a public platform and Kamal Haasan's confirmation has come a big joyous news for Tamil cinema fans, who are now looking forward to witnessing the actor in Indian 2, which will open in cinemas in a grand manner in 2024. The films will be picking up from the events in the blockbuster Indian (1996), which has since gone on to earn a cult classic status, with all sights set on how Kamal Haasan and director Shankar will continue the story.

The intro video also revealed Kamal Haasan's portrayal of Senapathy for the first time since the release of the promotional posters, with Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Rakul Preet Singh, S J Suryah, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Delhi Ganesh, Brahmanandam, Gulshan Grover making appearances, and late actors Nedumudi Venu, Vivek, Manobala, and G. Marimuthu also being featured in the ensemble cast. Although the pan-Indian film's intro didn't reveal Kajal Aggarwal, the actress will be seen in a major role, and there will be quite a lot of excitement when her role is finally revealed.
