So here we go, the music review of the most awaited album of the year. Directed by Pa Ranjith, Superstar's Kabali is bankrolled by Thanu's V Creations and also stars Dhanshika, Kishore, Radhika Apte, many more in the star cast.
Ulagam Oruvanukka seems more like a situational song and Superstar's majestic screen presence is likely to overshade this track. This number is rendered by Ananthu, Santhosh Narayanan, and Gana Bala while Kabilan and Vivek have penned the lyrics.
Pradeep Kumar has rendered the slow-paced Vaanam Paarthen. This sad melody is likely to be picturised between Superstar and Radhika Apte. The song brings back the memories of many soulful tunes from the 80s.
Veera Thurandhara by Gana Bala, Lawrence R and Pradeep Kumar is a jazzy number laced with bits of English rap. Uma Devi has penned the lyrics while Santosh Narayanan has experimented it with a slew of flashy tunes.
Maya Nadhi is again a situational number Ananthu, Pradeep Kumar and Swetha Mohan. This song is likely to grab eyeballs post the release.
Neruppu Da seems to be the main saving grace and is truly electrifying. Arunraja Kamaraj's jazzy voice and lyrics have definitely taken the song to the next level. This is definitely the most highlighting song in the album.
