A highly talented actor, Jiiva has established himself to be a credible performer over the years by starring in several films that have displayed his histrionic skills on the forefront. Starting from the early days, Jiiva’s performances in films like Raam, Dishyum, E, Kattradhu Thamizh, Siva Manasula Sakthi, Ko, Nanban, Mugamoodi and David have fetched him accolades. Having chosen films with scripts in different genres, the skilled actor has also shown his mettle as an action star in E and Ko most notably. That said, Jiiva is all set to be seen in the upcoming action film, Seeru, under director Rathna Siva of Rekka fame, which will be hitting screens on December 20. Seeru will not be the only film coming out in theatres on the said date as it will face-off with Sivakarthikeyan’s highly anticipated superhero action drama, Hero.

Produced under Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh’s Vels Films International banner with music by D. Imman, Seeru is director Rathna Siva’s second film after Rekka and includes actress Riya Suman playing the female lead, Telugu actor Navdeep as the antagonist followed by Sathish, Varun, Goli Soda fame Chandhini, Merku thodarchi Malai’s Gayathri, RNR Manohar, ‘Lollu Sabha’ Swaminathan, Kadhal Saravanan, Frank among others in supporting roles.
