For the first time in his career spanning more than 30 years, leading Malayalam comedian, character actor and AMMA president Innocent will be acting in a Tamil film. According to sources, this Tamil film titled Poraali will be directed by Samuthirakani (of super hit Nadodigal fame) with Sasikumar in the lead.
Samuthirakani and Innocent met recently on the sets of Padmakumar's Malayalam film Shikar in which the director plays a meaty role opposite Mohanlal. Apparently, Innocent struck a rapport with Samuthirakani during the shoot. More details about the movie are awaited.
