Popular Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja and his wife Rivaba Jadeja became movie producers and launched their first project. The India and Chennai Super Kings all-rounder have announced through social media that he and his wife began a production house and launched their debut project Pachhattar ka Chhora. The film will be directed by Jayant Gilatar who has directed more than 4,000 television episodes on various channels. He recently directed the movie Halkie Fulkee, a Gujarati movie that was released on 17th December 2021. He also directed the Hindi movie title Chalk N Duster in 2016. Jadeja is currently in Ahmedabad with the Indian cricket team for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 but his wife was present to launch the production house and the film. His Wife Rivaba Jadeja is an MLA of the Jamnagar constituency in Gujarat from the BJP Party.
The film Pachhattar Ka Chhora will have popular actor Randeep Hooda, actress Neena Gupta, Sanjay Mishra and Gulshan Grover in lead roles. Jadeja shared pictures from the launch event of the film and a poster of the film on social media with a caption that said the film will be a quirky Rom-Com with a twist and the filming of the movie has begun. The poster revealed the film will be produced by the pair under the banner JJ Creations LLP. The announcement has created an anticiaption among fans over the leading pair in the movie Randeep Hooda and Neena Gupta.
Jadeja is the second cricketer who has ventured into the film industry as a producer after former Indian team captain MS Dhoni launched his production house Dhoni Entertainment Pvt Limited and announced the first film of the venture will be in Tamil named Let's Get Married. Starring Harish Kalyan and Love Today fame Ivana in lead roles. Fans look forward to knowing how the movies banks rolled by the cricketers will turn out to be on big screen.
