Rajinikanth’s Darbar has been the talking point of the town for quite a while now. The film will see Nayanthara as the female lead. The film is being directed by AR Murugadoss and bankrolled by Lyca Productions. It is already known that the actor will be seen in the role of a cop for this project. While majority of the shoot has been done in Mumbai, the current schedule is taking place at Jaipur. Now, our sources have exclusively told us that baby Manasvi Kottachi, who acted as Nayanthara's daughter in Imaikkaa Nodigal, will be seen acting in Darbar too!

Manasvi will be shooting in this current schedule in Jaipur along with Rajinikanth and Nayanthara. Manasvi's character is kept under wraps, but it is hinted that she could play Nayanthara's daughter in the film. Well, there are also reports that Rajinikanth's daughter in the film is played by Nivetha Thomas. In that case, are we going to see a different romantic angle between Rajini and Nayanthara? Well, we will have to wait.

Recently, Nayanthara and Rajinikanth were spotted inside a flight when they were on their way to Jaipur to join the shooting of Darbar. The rest of the cast includes Suniel Shetty, Prateik Babbar, Dalip Tahil, and Jatin Sarna. Apart from them, Nivetha Thomas and Yogi Babu are also a part of the film. Santosh Sivan is handling the cinematography for the film, while the editing is done by Sreekar Prasad.
