Ilayathalapathy Vijay has met DMK supremo Dr. Kalaignar at Kauvery hospital in Alwarpet on Wednesday.

Vijay, who has been busy with the shoot of AR Murugadoss’ ‘Sarkar’ visited Kauvery hospital to enquire about the health of Dr. Kalaignar. Vijay also spoke to the current DMK working president MK Stalin and fellow movie star Udhayanidhi Stalin.
The DMK Chief has been hospitalised and has been undergoing treatment for the past five days and several political leaders including TN CM Edappadi Palaniswami and deputy CM O Panneerselvam visited the former CM. Stars from the film fraternity including Superstar Rajinikanth and Surya also visited Kauvery visited the hospital to enquire about the leader's health.
