Following protest from theatre owners, Kamal Haasan's Rajkamal Films yesterday decided to postpone the release of his ambitious Vishwaroopam. In a press meet in Chennai today, Kamal Haasan said that he will announce the release date soon. He also clarified that Vishwaroopam is his dream project and any decision on the film will be taken by him. The veteran also added that the DTH premiere is still on and he is planning to take legal actions against those who have threatened him and blocked the film from release.
"Like justice, entertainment delayed is entertainment denied," he added. Kamal also said that DTH is a next-gen concept and exhibitors should come forward and support it. He also said that he is very hurt that the industry doesn't want to think ahead. He also assured that he will not let his DTH partners down.
