From the way things have been going on, Vishal has already surpassed senior actors like Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth to make a solid political entry in one of the most controversial regions in Tamil Nadu, RK Nagar.

But, it looks like Puratchi Thalapathy didn’t wake up one fine morning to make this decision because ever since his debut days, he was always a close associate of Vijayakanth and participated in Nadigar Sangam activities.

Instead of brooding over issues, Vishal took the lead against piracy and nabbed those shop owners to produce them in police station. It is safe to say that he does have in-born leadership talent that allowed him to bring Karthi, Nasser and others together to win the union elections. Political challenges are not new for Vishal who faced lots of criticism and opposition from those who held power in the producers’ council.

After having done the groundwork for years and the experience gained through leading two different councils, Vishal has entered politics and if he wins, he is sure to leave a mark in RK Nagar and in TN politics as a whole.

The actor began his life changing career by visiting the memorials of MGR, Jayalalitha, Sivaji’s statue and other locations before filing his nomination in RK Nagar today.
