All set for a grand release this Thursday (September 27), Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, is one of the most exciting films coming out this year under the joint production of Madras Talkies and Lyca Productions banners with music by A. R. Rahman.
Featuring an ensemble cast with names like like STR, ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi, Arvind Swami, Arun Vijay, Jyothika, Aishwarya Rajesh, Aditi Rao Hydari, Prakash Raj, Dayana Erappa, Mansoor Ali Khan, Appani Sarath among others, CCV has also been dubbed as Nawab in Telugu.
Meanwhile, there has been quite a lot of chatter as to whether Simbu would be in Chennai ahead of the release of CCV as the multi-talented star had been filming at Georgia for his film with Sundar. C.
Now, it has been confirmed that STR will indeed be present at Chennai ahead of Chekka Chivantha Vaanam’s release.
The hype for CCV is quite real with excitement scaling higher with the passage of each day and it now remains to be seen how the film goes on to fare at the box office starting this Thursday.
