After several postponements and changes in the release date, Hansika's 50th film, Maha will finally hit the screens on July 22 and we are less than 10 days away from witnessing the film on the big screen. Maha is directed by UR Jameel, an erstwhile associate of director Lakshman who is known for directing movies like Romeo Juliet, Bogan, and Bhoomi. UR Jameel will be making his directorial debut with this film that has music composed by Ghibran. Silambarasan TR plays an important character in the film and he is said to have got a screen time of close to 40 minutes and it will be one of the major highlights of the film.
Srikanth, Thambi Ramaiah, Karunakaran, and Mahat Raghavendra play important roles in this action drama which has cinematography by J Laxman and editing by John Abraham. The audiences will witness Hansika in a completely different dimension with full of rage in this movie and it is expected to be an interesting watch. With the film getting ready for its release on July 22, the makers have released the official trailer and it gives us a glimpse of what the film is about. The film follows the Hansika who goes in search of her missing daughter. There are several mysteries and unanswered questions behind the missing case and unravelling of the mystery will be the core of Maha.
From what we see, it looks like Maha will be an edge of the seat thriller that will be high on action and romance. The sequences between Silambarasan TR and Hansika occupy the initial few minutes of the trailer and the duo look great together. Their combination scenes are sure to serve as a delightful treat for the fans, while the rest of the supporting cast also seem to have delivered their part well.
