Dulquer Salmaan's new web-series Guns and Gulaabs trailer is out, high-voltage action and drama with dark humour elements - don't miss it

Raj and DK are a filmmaker duo who have made hit web series, including the two seasons of Family Man and the recent Vijay Sethupathy starrer Farzi. The makers are collaborating with the popular global streaming platform Netflix for the first time for the series Guns and Gulaabs. It features an exciting cast that includes RajKummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan, Adarsh Gourav, TJ Bhanu, Gulshan Devaiah, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Pooja A. Gor, and others in important roles. The makers of the project have now revealed the trailer for the series on YouTube.

The action-filled, hilarious trailer Guns and Gulaabs opens by showing the important characters of the series. The retro-themed series happens in a hilly region called Gulaabgunj and introduced a character called Ganchi, who is a politician, and his son. It then shows the character played by Dulquer Salmaan, who is playing a cop role in the series, and is introduced as 'Family Man Arjun'. The video then shows the intro of actor Adarsh Gourav, playing a local goon who goes by the nickname 4 Cut Atmaram as he kills anyone in four cuts. The video then introduces the popular Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao as Tipu, and his onscreen romantic interest is played by TJ Bhanu, who recently appeared in the Tamil series Modern Love Chennai.

The trailer of Guns and Gulaabs is set in a retro tone and features many evergreen songs. After introducing the characters, the glimpse reveals that the series revolves around a deal that links all the characters. The web-series will have dark humour elements but will have high-voltage action, drama, and guns. It ends showing the words Gun and Gulaabs, a story about notorious gangsters, which will be released on Netflix on August 18.
