Geeta Basra in next Sundar C. film
It has been decided that Geeta Basra will be the heroine in Vaada, which will be Sundar C.’s next film directed by A. Venkatesh. Shooting for this film starts on August 16, 2008 in Rishikesh. This is reportedly the first Tamil film to be shot in Rishikesh.
Geeta Basra, a very beautiful Delhi girl, has acted in two Hindi films so far – The Train and Dil Diya Hai. She has been assigned a special language trainer to teach her Tamil.
A. Venkatesh, who is directing Arjun’s Durai at present, has written the story and screenplay of Vaada.
The film also stars Vivek, Jayaram, Ashish Vidhyarthi, Kalabhavan Mani, and Sayaji Shinde.
