Composer turned actor G. V. Prakash is one of the busiest stars at present in the Tamil film industry with nearly eight films lined up next namely Adangathey, 4G, Sarvam Thaala Mayam, Jail, Ayngaran, 100% Kadhal, Kuppathu Raja, and Rettai Kombu.
That said, it has now been confirmed that GVP has teamed up once again with director A. L. Vijay for a film titled Watchman.
It must be noted this will be the first time GV Prakash will be starring in an A. L. Vijay film as he has in the past scored music for the director on 7 occasions in films namely Kireedam, Madrasapattinam, Deiva Thirumagal, Thaandavam, Thalaivaa, Saivam and Idhu Enna Maayam.
Furthermore, there will be no female lead in Watchman, which will however include cinematography by Nirav Shah and editing to be done by Anthony.
On the other hand, A. L. Vijay will soon begin production on the Jayalalithaa biopic from February 2019.
