As we already know, Arun Vijay and director Arivazhagan are currently working on a project which is tentatively called AV 31. This is the second time association for the duo, after the superhit success of Kuttram 23. Talking about AV 31, this is an action spy thriller that features Regina Cassandra as the female lead and Stefy Patel and Bagavathi Perumal in supporting roles. Produced by All In Pictures, the film has music scored by Sam CS, cinematography by B Rajasekhar and editing by Sabu Joseph.

In a recent Facebook live interaction with Galatta Media, director Arivazhagan shared some interesting shooting updates regarding the film. He said, "The entire shooting of the film has been planned for 45 days and we have finished 20 days of shoot. 25 more days are left and that will be done once the situation gets better. We shot in places like Delhi and Agra and that schedule was wrapped just before the lockdown.

We shot some high octane action sequences and chase sequences and it was a great experience. It will be an important film for both, Arun and me. AV 31 will be a big film in all aspects, be it the concept or the production scale or the execution, everything." Looks like an interesting project is in the making.
